Re: Animal Proteins form a lot of mucus?
Hi Grz,
I've spoken to you before here on CZ somewhere, it may have been years ago.
I've been taking cayenne every day for a few weeks. I was doing good on 1/4 tsp of 90,000 HU cayenne and then my one pound of 160,000 HU Birdseye Cayenne came in, and I've had trouble taking that. I seem low on certain nutrients or something, because the 160k stuff speeds up my bowels too much and I start to feel drained and get palpitations. I think I'm going to go back to the 90k cayenne.
I also plan to get more Wild Salmon, which they say has undetectable amounts of Mercury. I chelated with ALA on Andy Cutler's program for 18 months, but Uny and people on herbal forum may have talked me out of that. I think my organs need to be cleansed and nourished. They need more attention, IMHO. Cod is also supposed to be very low in Mercury, so they say. It seems a little hard to believe though.
Good to learn about peppers. I'm putting fresh ground black pepper on my foods which makes most foods taste better, IMHO, as well as cayenne.
I actually do very well on grass fed local ground beef, or I did when I ate it. I haven't had any lately. 3
oz of that with salad and low starch veggies might be a good breakfast. I used to lightly broil it, so it was very juicy and raw in the center. They say good beef is not a low stress protein but for a type O, it may digest very well. I was on ER4YT closely for a while, and my digestion really improved. Actually, D'Adamo's site or book [LR4YT] is what got me to reading about cayenne, it said I'd benefit from cayenne, so I began taking it 3x a day. They shun ER4YT at some forums but I don't think I should shun it. Certain foods go well with my body and some don't. I think I'd be wise to avoid dairy, unless I could get it raw. I can get raw milk organic cheese in local health food stores.
So, I presume you don't think animal proteins (I mean high quality organic proteins) cause cancer? I think it may be blood type specific. Ms Gerson and all those herbal / vegan people say so many times that animal proteins cause cancer, but it's actually the factory farmed proteins that we should avoid, is that right?
Joe
