Re: Blood type and vegan diet

I'm a type O+ nonnie and responded well to the ER4YT way of eating but drifted away from it because I found eating that way boring.. was thinking of being a vegan but I'm starting to have doubts. I think I need t least one properly combined protein meal for breakfast every day. I do think I NEED that, probably a low stress protein like salmon, sardines, turkey, lightly cooked or raw egg, soaked seeds or nuts, and no dairy products.

I ate vegan off and on for many years and was kind of like a roller coaster much of that time due to imbalances and deficiencies. I probably don't want to go back to anything like that again. If I want to keep my mental health, the proteins are something I should keep taking in daily, if only for breakfast.

The anti mucus people may mostly be blood type As for all I know. It looks good on paper but for an O to successfully do it long term is another story and something I've never seen testimonials for.
