Hi Chiron,

I used the coffee enema only when I start feeling weak. It results in a prompt (2-3 min) return of energy. I have already used it 3 times : today, yesterday and a day before yesterday.

I need energy to function properly. I cannot afford spending my entire fast in bed. I try to rest whenever I find time.
