Would love to fast... but find it so difficult.
I love to fast. I fast a lot of freshly made raw live juices, but
Water Fasting is so much more difficult.
I would love to do an extended fast on water. Currently I'm on day 117 of my juice fast. And... had I not had some juice last night, today would be day 3 of water fast.
Yesterday a few things happened:
1) I did two Reiki sessions, one in the morning and another around dinner time.
2) I got my period.
I was so weak in the evening (and most of the day) that I had some juice in the evening. I could barely even think... my mind was in a place of being unable to complete a thought. I know that the two things above would have contributed to my exhaustion.
I know
Water Fasting is hard. I've done a few in the past, but I've always had zero energy during them. Is this just what
Water Fasting is for the entire time of the fast or does it transform into something where you can get your work done, be a part of your family... perhaps go for a walk.
I would love to do an extended
Water Fast within this extended juice fast I'm doing. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I've read so much on the internet, watched Vlogs... tried to do lots of research but I'm either missing something or just not getting it.
The exhaustion is the hardest part for me (in this moment)... any suggestions?
