loss of hair on a Water Fast is considered to be a deficiency of some minerals, and most notably: iron and copper.
Some ascribe it to a protein deficiency as well.
I would make sure that you are well-nourished before you contemplate another fast.
Raw vegetarian is fine, but difficult to breakdown in digestion unless the cellulose is steam-cooked or some other way of conservative cooking. I am mostly referring to the cruciferous veggies such as broccoli and cauliflower and so on.
