Hi sunfood,
Have you done a raw honey fast before? How do you do it and how many days can you stay on it safely? Don't you have to take a lot of honey to prevent a starvation mode? Unlike water fasting, you will not be feasting on your own diseased body tissues, but rather the honey; I imagine there would be a minimum calorie requirement to make it safe. I heard a doctor, discussing juice fasting, mention a calorie requirement to prevent the starvation mode, but I can't remember what it is. Thanks and happy fasting.
