my first question would be in what way are you craving salt, or could this be another manifestation of a craving other than that one?
.........as our sodium needs can easily be met through a low-calorie and nutrient dense diet.
I do not have a sodium-deficiency so do not see the need to supplement.
The same can be said for any other mineral that can easily be replenished after a fast by the above means.
However, after saying that, there are some minerals/vitamins that do need to be supplemented (in my opinion) and that would include Vitamin D3 and Iodine, so I take both in a supplementary form.
