Well you don't get the feeling that it is a person reguritating what they have read elsewhere - and just throwing up studies.

And you also don't get the impression that you are just "throwing" up your opinion from personal experience.

You have "done the math", so to speak, both with years of personal experimentation and hundreds (thousands)of hours of research. And throw in an incredibely sharp brain with lots of life experiences to draw from. And you seem to have a six sense that cuts through some of the nonsense that the rest of us put up. And I certainly include myself in that category. Meaning a dude who occasionally blows smoke here......
