I could never do a 40-day OJ "fast" like Barefoot. After almost a decade of JFs and MCs, i know i'll be hungry and cranky the whole time! I'm gonna do like Moses and stick to good ole' H2O..

hahaha! So ironic-- but I agree with you; the juice fast would be harder for me, as well. And so funny he thinks the WF is hard. It used to be he was toally against it...people change...>>> and the MC's (I did two, but couldn't get to 10 days)seemed harder as well...Then again, I only did 6 days, and Burroughs said 10 is the minimum--just as ths NHists say nothing much happens before 7 days on the WF.
