good to hear. And for those without a loving partner, or who have renounced that life, sometimes theirs is the whole world. Natural Hygiene is a wonderfully well-rounded way of living, isn't it? Really, when you take it all into balance, it's in complete accord with what the great Masters taught, and teach.

I hope people reading this thread will give thought to their reasons for water fasting, and examine whether they might be falling into the compulsive trap of over-fasting, (which does tend to suggest not taking the teachings of Natural Hygiene as a whole 'on board'.) So many people seem to come to
Water Fasting in desperation (and with the quick-fix mind--which I totally understand, given the psychological and physiological *effects* of the SAD and so on...
