Re: your thoughts on water fasting for "maintenance", considering the environmental load these days...
Hi WD,
"If this is what the Natural Hygienists promote, then my respect/awe for WF'ing and NH has just quadrupled. Thx:)."
You didn't know the N.H'ers promote all this?? :-)
(all teasing aside though, I am amazed myself at how quiet and relatively unknown the whole lifestyle is--(and there's so much wisdom in it! Joy too!!)I guess it's because it's so inherently sensible and truly wholistic, there's nothing to make it stand out. And there seems to be no desire (on anyone's part, if they are experienced) to start any cult or to make a "guru" out of any ordinary person. This is why I really respect the older guys. But the NHers themselves seem to be a very reserved lot--probably enjoying quiet refection and contemplation more than a lot of what passes generally for being "good citizens".
You're in for a treat.>>> I'm not in a romantic/physical partnership, so this doesn't apply to me, but still; I can appreciate it. Look up Dr. Bass, and his book for happy couples. It's all on his site. I have the sense it could really change the world -- I said before, although it sounds radical, and I stand by it: I believe if more people followed what he teaches we might be able to see the end of sexua| slavery on this planet. wow. Mind-blowing? yes. I know that's a lot to digest--pardon the pun.
