Re: your thoughts on water fasting for "maintenance", considering the environmental load these days...

Hi Chrisb1,

I am WOWed by your post. I did a double-take with your following comment: "The body does not act in isolation with only one element (water-fasting) but thrives on ... judicious exercise, judicious sunbathing, adequate rest and sleep, emotional poise, a loving partner, and a purpose in living."

This really hit home for me, because the core of my personal spiritual beliefs speaks the same language. If this is what the Natural Hygienists promote, then my respect/awe for WF'ing and NH has just quadrupled. Thx:).

As a newbie, I've been busy absorbing so much information the past 2 months, and sorry to keep picking your brains and taking up your time, but you have some reading materials i could refer to on the above? I'd like to know more.

"12 days twice annually to remove environmental toxins"
Seems so little to me, because for the last decade I've had to learn to manage my health via detoxing quite regularly (WF'ing going forward). But I'm sure I'll learn what I need as I go along this journey.

Thanks a again, Chris. Thumbs up to you.
