As to decontaminating VEHICLES (if they ever were contaminated, which itself seems rather strange unless it's a convertible that got rained into), that's dirt-cheap: upholstery OUT, lightly used seats from a total-loss wreck for a couple hundred bucks IN. ($50 to some kid or immigrant for labour if you're feeling technologically challenged, lazy, or too fatigued to bother)
