Nothing that comes with any liver warnings attached, not whenever, not at all (!): no tylenol/acetaminophen/paracetamol (so also no vicodin, t3, oxy, etc.), no ibuprofen, no naproxen, no metamisole, etc... basically, no NSAIDs whatsoever.

As to diazepam... hmm... it does come w/ a liver warning, but I'm not sure how hard on your liver it actually is. What are you doing with diazepam anyway? Aren't you sleepy/outofit enough already?

If you're taking it for anxiety/tension, try a muscle relaxant instead. Cyclobenzaprine (flexeril) is godly, pity we don't have it legally or otherwise back in Russia :( Tizanidine (Sirdalud/Zanaflex) is OK, but tends to knock you the hell out, which kinda sucks, and really is rather unpleasant in comparison. Thankfully, it also potentiates caffeine, thereby at least giving you an easy route to compensate... As to the -zepams, save nitrazepam and only for putting you to sleep at that, they tend to suck and give you horrid RX hangovers even in the tiniest of therapeutic doses.
