Re: HOLY "s" I have aspergillus fumigatatus/aspergillus niger!!
200mg once causes bigger spikes in your itra levels, which is good against fungi, but tougher on your body.
100mg twice keeps max levels slightly lower (although it still builds up in your body, so not by THAT much), but is lighter on you. Then again, if taking itra invariably makes you feel like crap for the next couple hours, then splitting the dose might actually just be extending your misery and decreasing effectiveness (albeit ever so slightly).
As to Candida+Aspergillus being harder than the rest of the forum's lot, not too sure about that... All literature points to C. albicans being easily cured w/ a couple pills, which is obviously not what we're seeing here. Since next to nobody gets decent lab tests, and those that do invariably come up with Aspergillus genera or C. glabrata/tropicalis/krusei, I'm guessing that next-to-noone here actually has "candida" proper, aka C. albicans, and those that do are in and out of here after a week of mild herbals and probiotics.
