Excercise is key for me. And sweating. In the last couple of days I have ridden the excercise bike with 3 sweatshirts on. I've ridden in the evening and in the morning for 2 days now and started feeling much better even after the first ride. Now I feel even better. It's key. I'm so surprised each time I get excercise that I don't know why I forget how important it is.
Yes, negative thoughts are a huge issue for me and excercise fixes that almost immediately for me. Thanks.
