It really shows a lot of perseverance to flush 27 times. But, you would probably agree that there something is still not right. I agree w/ the first response, going back and forth with alcohol does you no good.
I think that this is a long-term project.
The toughest thing for me was to quit the destructive foods - you know the ones. I have really started to cleanse the layers of crud.
But, I just had a conversation with a depressed friend and we both realized how much negative thoughts effect us physiologically. Also stress has terrible effects on mental well-being and the organs like thyroid and liver.
Vigorous exercise really helps to fix the brain chemistry. If your back hurts, I would try something low-impact like swimming.
Exercise is the thing that keeps me sane, it allows me to relax and brings back that sense of well-being.
