"Me I am having trouble giving up the coffee. Some days it is either coffee or a drink. I read an article staing that coffee, even decaf leaves a brown sludgelike substance in the liver that is much worse than the caffeine"
I'm curious as to where you read this? What exactly is so wrong with coffee? I personally don't think it's good to feel like you 'need' anything, but the sum total of all the information I've gathered tends to lean towards that coffee isn't so bad (though needing it is both the definition of an addiction and/or a sign that some other things in your mind/body are awry - like lack of sleep).
