I completely agree with you. I am trying to get more regular therapy sessions and I am contemplating seeing a holistic nutritionist/naturopath. I just feel like I've been experimenting with too many alternative remedies simultaneously and I can't really tell what's helping or hurting. I know I need to be patient because I've only started healing a few weeks ago and I can't expect to rush into health after spending so long letting my being deteriorate willingly. I'm not seeking any sort of permanent or long-term fix from medication, I just want to extinguish some of the chronic physical/mental symptoms so that I have the capability of working out my issues through talking and recognizing my bad behaviors before they can start again. I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but I was medicated in the past although I was resistant to recovery for my ED/ Depression - now I really want to get better and am willing to try anything, be it holistic or traditional, or a combination of both.
