my protocol
cora, too much to get into right now. But I will say that I'm only doing the "building" stuff now. Yes I would use
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement again, when it comes time to do the "killing" stuff. Also
Colloidal Silver . I stopped
Iodine for now too. I will start it again, when I see some consistent relief from what I'm doing now.
So far, I can't tell anything with the herbs. It has always been that way for me from long ago. Herbs work very slowly with me. Or my combinations cancel each other out. A couple of weeks is too soon for any testimonial anyway.
I can't afford ozone or
FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) until the stock market improves or I start getting social security. I have a cheap ozone generator for food washing. I was drinking a glass of ozonated water daily; but no visible benefit.
Here is some powerful info on coleus for you (or anyone else of course).
http://www.townsendletter.com/May2007/phyto0507.htm
I'm taking
coleus (too drying; so only 4 times/week)
yucca powder
nettle powder
licorice powder
bupleurnum powder
kelp powder
triphala tablets
schisandra adrenal complex tablets
bitters
boswellia (frankincense)
ashwagandha
amla
vitamin D (about 2000 IU)
zinc
probiotics (tons of them in various strains)
TMG
bee pollen
rice bran
Those are my regulars.
If this all this helps me, I'll be in trouble; because I won't know what fixed me. Of course, if I'm cured, I won't have to worry.
I also take some glyconutrients.

I know it is a "killer" stuff as well as a "builder". It has been shown to kill 90% candida, for one thing.
If a robber sneaks into my house and opens my kitchen cabinets, I'll be embarrassed. If I die, and someone goes through my stuff, I'll be embarrassed (no matter where I am).
I'm considering IP6 for chelation. I've done chelation therapy in the past with little but noticeable effect.
It doesn't help, if I can't keep my bowels evacuating stuff. When they are working fine, which is a day or two at a time, my sinuses have the greatest relief. My nose is attached to my butt apparently. I blame it on self-diagnosed leaky gut; but I'm not addressing that problem - yet.
