Temperature control.



What is your take on temperature control...

My temps are a bit below normal generally, but are easily daunted when cold weather hits.
My normal temps are roughly 98, but I am easily chilled.
Temperature control IMHO is mostly tied to the hypothalamus and the thyroid. My guess is that adrenal fatigue slows the
thyroid. I think that the core of adrenal fatigue is in the
hypothalamus and the amygdala....possibly with some frontal lobe cross communication problems thrown in.

Any BRAINstorms H on how to fix this. My intuition says
ramping the thyroid is the wrong way to go.
