We wear out our digestive organs by eating too much. After my fasts I'm surprised at how little food I need to feel full.
Those who lose weight I believe have a better, more defined body as a parallel goal. This is achieved through weight training and nutritional support. I'm also starting to believe that Water Fasting reset the body and increases its efficiency at processing nutrients.
I'm amazed at my strength when I work out during my re-feeds. I also see better muscle definition and tone. During the Water Fast though...I see very little weight loss. I personally don't care if I lose a single pound, for Water Fasting has so many spiritual benefits. It is such a gift that I have found this method of rejuvenation :-)
