I was wondering what would be better for weight loss, keeping up your metabolism, and preventing weight gain after the fast. Would several small fasts (5-7) with one day of refeeding in between be better than a "20ish" day fast in terms of producing solid weight loss? I was wondering if by refeeding once in a while would prevent my metabolism to slow down to the extent of a "20ish" day fast? What are your suggestions? Should I continue with my fast without interruptions or should I break it in 3 or 4 parts?
