Thank you for you answer. This is exactly what I was looking for.
I already broke my fast after a week with two days of refeeding and now is back to day 1. I'm going to go for another week and if I feel good enough I will make it two. I am going to follow the schedule you outlined after the fast, but probably with salads rather than juices. I think I will keep on adding 100 calories every half a week to make the transition smoother.
