I was so anemic before my lips and gums were very pale and I had Hct readings that were so low the doctor wanted to put me on pills. But post fast...Well I do not have that problem at all. It was a major thing I noticed visually and my test came back as normal. Food alone did not fix it before fasting. Tweet
