okay day 2!
i had to take some cough drops unfortunetly last night, i dont think i was 100% over my cold before i started. i had to take some cold medicine to sleep. i felt nauseas from it so i took some bread. but im justing going to press on :)
so far today, i've had a coffee and tea for my throat. (plus the bread from last night) eh, not water fasting i know (if i could move this to weightloss fasting forum I would but i dont know how) but just sticking with the liquids as best i can!
i didnt go to the gym in the am and am skipping mid day workout since i overslept and came in late.
i plan on doing elp/soccer game tonight if my cough chills out a bit.
(i dont weight myself so i can't post lbs lost, but ill let you know when my jeans fit!)
i had a kids frozen yogurt a lunch (opps) it was around 120 calories I think .
i can't wait until the day is over so i can get to the gym! still feeling sick!
eh so blew it tonight, i had some soba noodles/rice. a bag of pop chips before soccer. then after some wheat crackers/low fat spreadable cheese stuff(alot of that), then vegetarian indian dish.
since i have to restart anyways i'm going to move over to the weightloss fasting forum since ithink that is more my speed!
