again, i'm not trying to say i am doing a purist form of water fast, (read back, i say over and over again this isn't my intent) i know i am doing a variation of a pure Water Fast and i posted here soley bc this forum is more active and has a deeper resource of knowledege. so if you don't like what i'm doing, then just watch, read, follow what I am doing. please state your thoughts :)
(i have no clue how to move this whole thread to another forum at this point, i feel i would lose alot of content if i started over someplace else) so while i respect everyone's point of view but I am going to do what is best for me :)

Everyone subscribes to a certain science/belief in life, i feel it's not my place nor someone elses to negate what works for them. so i'm going to have a go at what i think will work for me and if it doesn't work, i def. will think over some of your ideas/what has worked for you :) Science is relative in my opinion, back in the day doctors "preached" literally to death that bleeding was the only way to get rid the body of the poisionous blood. so i just think you have to pick what make sense to you at the point of time you live in and go with what has work for you :)
