Starting my Water Fast right now ( i will add 1 30 calorie protien mix and 1 20 calorie fiber mix for the first 7 days, then last 14 days add a metabolism increasing lemonaide powder w/ negilble calories)
okay i'm excited to start this, i no longer have any room for error! i'm scared to death of not losing the 20lbs I need to for my trip. i must must must must must must do this. it's only up to me, i have to be strong, my goal is to do 3 different cardio workouts a day as well but the fasting is the ABSOLUTE FOCUS!!!!!
plan for 230pm 7.27 - work, go home and catch up on sleep. plan for 7.28 - 1 hour ellptical before work ,45 min treadmill run at work, 1 spin class post work
