day one so far -
i didn't go the gym this morning per my plan cause i felt like sleeping in. i value my sleep a lot. i can't function durning the day if i dont get 8 hours, i never understand my friends who can go on 5 hours etc.
well i'm off to work. I had a small glass of water this morning to start the day! :)
ack i have the longest commute, really hate driving. i am having a tea now, i have a bit of a sore throat.
ran at 6miles/hour on the treadmill for 23 minutes before my coughing got so bad i had to quit (wanted to do 45min. dang it!)
side note - saw myself running in the mirror, no clue how i got so unfit! def. need this as restart point, i just wish i would of started early and did a 40 day :( but I only 21 days.
having a (fiber) water now and going to have a tea later for my throat.
at 230 had workveghum.
one "protein" water 30 calories
50 min spin class
20 min ellptical
whew got thru the first day :) wasn't so bad, wish i was a little more active but just didnt have the time, the am is too tough for me.
okay on to day 2! im not expecting results until day7ish
