thanks for all over your advice - donn/monk88 appreciate your point of view. def not rude, i love hearing what other thinks always room for new ideas etc. others where being flat out rude calling me stupid etc (you can clearly see from above) if they don't delete those comments..
i'm going to go with my org. plan for now. as i have gone over it w/ many other people (including my brother who is a MD) that i know personally and they have "okay" my fasting plan for a 3 week period.
as far as exercise, my goal is to maintain what i currently do, neither increase or decrease. if i feel like doing it i will, if i dont i wont (ill def. listen to my body)
tom. is my first official day and i am MORE than excited.
i plan on doing an pre-work excercise (i skip this one alot :)as i'm not a morning a person), doing cardio for a bit a lunch, then i have a class post work I go to.. in between ill be drinking lots of water :)
