hey! yea probably right but mostly water, i just play alot of sports so i think i need the protien (it's only .47 of "powder" worth 30 calories) and then the fiber mix is the same but I can't stand to take pills or those nasty teas so more of liquid version (i dont want to hold on to bad stuff) the lemonaide mix is more of supplement, same as say if you were taking vitamns on the water fast. so not 100% by the book water fast, but this will work for me!
i know i will need encouragement as i go thru this!! so thanks for the feedback!
