Hey there-chiron's point is just that if you are trying to seriously water fast, you're not doing it. This is more of a liquid fast. Water Fasting involves your body shutting down your digestive system and consuming toxins and other dead/ill cells as a fuel source, first, before it consumes healthy tissue.
Yours is more of a low calorie diet...we are just saying that this is more of a liquid diet than a fast, eh? =) A liquid fast is more what it is...but good luck! I hope you achieve your goals!
