The FDA doesn't recognize MMS



I found these interesting comments from the FDA dated 1/6/09.

It seems that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement has popped up on their radar, and they are taking issues with the medical claims on these web sites, and the claims made by Jim Humble in his book.

I found this sentence informative:

"Your products are not generally recognized as safe and effective for the above referenced uses..."

It is unfortunate that Jim Humble was unable to conduct his "clinical trials" to show efficacy with malaria during his recent trip to Africa. The results from these trials could have been beneficial in dealing with the FDA.

On the other hand, perhaps the health department of Niger checked with the FDA and agreed that Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is not generally recognized as safe...
