We are supposed to pray directly to God the Father. Though you are right, people pray to "saints" not God. As I said before, Satan's deception is oh-so-strong. The idea of praying to Mary or St. Paul or whomever is not indicated ANYWHERE in the Bible. Yet, that is what they teach.

Where you have mistaken is believing what "they" are saying is what is actually being taught in the Bible. This cannot be further from the truth. This is why so many logically minded people turn away from "Christianity." I fully understand this. Their contradictions are obvious. So obvious you must be blinded to believe why "they" say. Or really unable to think for yourself. Which is the problem with the majority of said "Christians."

A lot of Christians believe that once you die you get wings and go to heaven. No where does the Bible say that, yet that is what "they" teach.

Most also believe that you MUST believe TODAY or you are going to HELL. Which is also a false. There is more than one "harvest" of the saint's. Just as there is more than one harvest of crops in a year. Few are chosen now. There will be several harvests. The "firstfruits" first, then there will be second fruits and maybe a third. But they don't teach about that either.

Instead of dismissing the Bible and Christ altogether, dismiss all the false teachings. Keep seeking, and I'm confident you shall find the truth. The Bible is Truth.

There is much more to it than meets the eye.
