good post, have you found that since you've been taking Iodine that you no longer need to eat so much food. I have always had problems with being hungry , I'm not overweight, but I did eat a lot of food. When I started Iodine and supps I found that I just wasn't that hungry anymore. I now eat 2 meals a day, about half the size of what I was eating before. I do eat more nutrient dense foods now such as nuts(lots of nuts) and goji berries. I haven't had any probs with constipation. Some days I will only have one meal and maybe a few tomatos or fruit as a snack. I have increased my muscle mass percentage and lost body fat, so my body is not starving. Bone mass has also increased. Like you HOW I do drink a lot of water too.
