Having constipation issues myself I have found these things to help:
The first and most important is CONSISTENCY with the things that I know work.
WATER - half my weight in
ounces every single day.
SALT - 1/4 tsp's worth of (I use Redmonds's RealSalt)
Seasalt for every
quart my body needs.
Vitamin C - 1000 mg daily
After that, with
Iodine I detox, (and can get backed up) so the compliment supplements are necessary for proper elimination - again - one must be CONSISTENT
I have also learned that the simpler the diet, the better. Most of us eat wayyyyyyyyy too much. I never liked to go to bed "feeling hungry" - BUT - I've learned how completely important and necessary that is.
Proper sleep and exercise is imperative.
For me, the addition of a spoonful of raw unfiltered EVCO (ExtraVirginCoconutOil) with my (very tiny two ounce) two or three meals daily has been extremely helpful.
Truly, we must learn to think in simple terms. I think I need three meals only because I am feeding others. If I am making meals for others, I want to eat too. It's why I keep fruit or raw veggies on hand; (and Larabars in my purse!)
