realizing is the first part, good for you, words of encouragement i was once in your position, it took a long time but im about 95 % better.To tell you the truth the past few days have been a setback for me just because of posting on here, but I know from past experiences once i stop reading these posts within a few days I will be back to 95% normal again.Its worth it though as long as someone else gets to the same level of cure as me.
