I guess scientific evidence to me is the stuff you do in a lab. Sort of doing an experiment to see how something reacts to something else. My favourite subject has always been biology and how the body works.

It frustrates me that the effects of Water Fasting have not been studied properly. I guess if I searched for topics independently such as detoxing the blood and cells and ketosis etc then I could put it all together as an analysis of Water Fasting (which of course I'm not qualified to do). But I would like to see it all in one place in a big fat book written by someone in the 21st century. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. And probably the only people to benefit financially would be those in the distilled water trade. And it would lower health care costs of people who would become healthier from Water Fasting of course.

I'm not against nature. I just like to know how it all works and scientists are good at doing stuff in petrie dishes!
