a few more suggestions and thoughts
Going back to what I was saying about moderators, and finding a neutral one. I believe the job or role of one is to make sure the forum is free of nonsense, negativity, personal attacks etc. These types of posts and those within the terms of service are extremely easy for anyone to see and manage. Over the months, weeks, days I have sat back and watched several forum members insult and be rude to other members with no correction, coincidentally none of these people have done so to you. A fair neutral and anonymous mod would be able to see this and deal with fairly.
Again, I have a ton of respect for you and how you help people, but I don't think how things are being handled here is just.
The
Webmaster wasn't asking for a
Water Fasting Authoritative figure, I was thinking perhaps you could make your very own forum, like a "Ask Chris", so you could help people and also manage it based on your absolute beliefs. I don't doubt considering how many friends you have and those you helped (including me, but I won't get into my success story) that it would be a huge success :)
I think unless its pretty obvious the dangers of those harming oneself with waterfasting (which I humbly believe there are some), that there are several theories, findings and beliefs, within oneself. After all we are all different, and have different bodies, that doesn't mean their findings are completely wrong. Alternative Medicine is very subjective in a lot of places.
My last thought was I also don't see how it is fair or just to continue to point the finger at what the banned member has done or did whenever she makes valid points on those who have also abused other members and disregarding everything within that area.
Several wrongs don't make a right :)
again goodluck Chris, and blessed thoughts as always.
