I know your having a difficult time being moderator I'm sorry for that but I want you to know that this forum wouldn't be the same without you, please don't leave.

You have helped me and I'm sure countless others more than words can express in learning about fasting. You are a living example of what fasting can do for our bodies and you are more than willing to share your knowledge with anyone who wants to learn. You never complain when you have to answer the same questions over and over again (well maybe you complain to yourself but never to the forum) but you patiently continue to answer those questions.

When I was going to quit posting here you were more than understanding and encouraged me not to quit the forum. I appreciated your kind words of wisdom and remained a member because of you. I would now encourage you not to leave Chris YOU ARE NEEDED HERE!

I know you have a real life outside the forum and don't need all the extra hassle that comes with being a moderator but I'm sure we will all at some point learn to respect one another and your job will become less stressful.
