I am seeing so many people who are focusing on the weight they lose instead of the detox that can be achieved... kind of getting confused.
I am fasting for detox, but enjoying the weight loss as a side note. But my main focus is the detox.
Seems as though some are only worried about how much they can lose in a set amount of days, in my opinion it is not about that. Well, of course... I am a bit protective of my grounds, and hate to see a very good Water Fasting forum that is focused on detoxing, and the benefits of it be smoothered by people who are just trying to lose weight. and most likely not in a healthy manner.
