I've only been to work and world war fasting has happened lol i personally as some of you know am fasting for weightloss initially but longterm my aim is to get to a healthy bmi and eat raw and along with the weightloss im looking for a commitment to my improving health im sorry if this offends anyone but i have been around the forum for a while now and many come and many go after 1 day or 1 post i think anyone who offers fantastic advise to the little known world of fasting has to be praised and if the newcomers didnt come in asking questions where would those like myself be without the knowledgable's replies? please excuse the grammar im shattered...xkaren.
