Re: Please read and answer honestly?

1 - "who has actually been so ill, been barely able to function and never thought they would be cured?"

I have been so ill for years, that I wanted to die. I suffered so much, I had lost my body as I knew it and its pleasures, I had lost my mind as I knew it and its joys, and I had lost my soul and its connexion to the world that made me feel immortal and invincible. I only had my will left.
I am a fighter and I kept alive only for the sake of my loved ones. I had someone I loved die on me years ago and I knew that willingly leaving the people you love without your presence on this earth is the ultimate betrayal. I fought not for myself but for them.

My will was still with me. As a kid I have been told this story over and over again :
"There was a little mouse that fell in a jar of milk. The mouse was drowning and there was no hope. What did the little mouse do? Did it just drown? No! It swam and swam and swam. And the milk turned to butter. And the little mouse sat on the butter to rest. And once rested the litle mpuse jumped out of the jar of milk and ran back to the field."

2 - "who has actually turned it round and either made a small recovery or even a full recovery?"
I have. Thanks to the little mouse and this Curezone, I have.
You can read my posts if you want details on how I did it.

Don't despair! You have to learn to understand that what you feel/think is due to chemicals circulating in your body. Toxicity will bring despair and depression. This is not you. Be gentle with yourself.
If it is too much, take a break and start again.
Whrn feeling bad, try to eliminate a maximum of toxin through breathing. There is a lot that you can eleiminate this way without overburdening your liver and gut.
No need for exertion if you cannot move too much. If you can of course out of doors is better, but if you hurt all over you can still sit down with back straight and breathe deeply, counting on your fingers, inspiration 1 - retention of air 1 - expiration 2 or 3.
This will help you bring more oxygen to your cells and quieten the brain.
Lots and lots of good wishes :-)
