I was thinking, I should have added some chives or green onion ! Next time for sure. In fact, I'm headin out to the grocery store right now so I don't forget. Its 100 degrees here every day but the keep the grocery store nice and cool and there's all sorts of delicious looking things in there. How I stay fit is by not eating the wrong stuff.

that protein is really good for your detoxing - provides lots of methionine, cysteine, good for glutathione peroxidase manufacture and production of proline for collagen. Better and cheaper than any pills, plus the body knows what to do with eggs and uses it efficiently. Not to mention the B-vitamins. Eggs are awesome.
