Re: bella lucia diet... thank you Chris
bella lucia,
I was hoping that you would follow this advice re' the combination of bromelain, quercetin and vitamin C, as Dr Al Sears MD. has been using this protocol for many years with great success against allergies of all kinds.
After much thought this is probably the protocol I would follow...........
#1. The Mucousless Diet Healing System.
#2 Water-fasting of perhaps 1 day per week.
#3. Fresh organic juice-feasting on one day per week.
#4. The above supplements on your eating days at the correct dosage.
#5. The longer fast at the end of summer when you think you have replenished your food reserves.
#6 Mild exercise 2 to 3 times per week (rebounding & yoga hopefully)
#7 Rest and sleep as your body requires it.
#8 Fresh air daily.
#9 Sensible Sun-bathing (weather permitting)
#10 Emotional Poise and freedom from stress as much as possible.......
#11 EFT....subscribe to their newsletter
#12 Boost your Immune System..........research "Oleander Soup" it has 6 to 7 times more Immune boosting benefits than anything else known to man.
"Rebuild and strengthen the body's natural immune system. It is very likely that a weakened immune system contributed to your illness in the first place. It is absolutely certain that a rebuilt and strengthened immune system will help you beat your illness and keep it at bay. Again, good diet, nutrition and habits are all important – they lay the foundation for a strong and healthy immune system. However, they are not enough by themselves. You should build a good foundation and then make your body a healthy fortress against disease and illness. Quite simply, disease and illness hate healthy hosts. The stronger your immune system is, the harder it is for disease to survive and grow. And, to be the very strongest you can be, you need extra measures in the form of supplements as well as the healthiest foods. An
Oleander extract very much like you get when you make
Oleander soup was tested in Europe in 1986 - 87 and found to have six times the immune stimulating activity of the most powerful immune stimulators known to man."
A short-term measure perhaps..........
