But it was fresh looking, not years of impacted matter. Maybe some people do have that, but i was not constipated before doing the colon cleanse, can't really remember why i even did it, i'd been reading about them and then i found the colonix website, and got sucked in by all the testimonials, and photos of ropes and parasites.
I did get what looked like large white grains of rice, which i was told was canine tapeworm, but i had been eating nuts, sesame, sunflower seeds etc, so they could have been anything. I was told a red skin was liverflukes, well i'd had tinned tomatoes a day or so before.
I can't believe i was poking around in the loo everyday lol seeing what i could find. Maybe people have genuinely got worms, parasites and impacted colons, but i don't think i'm one of them. I was well and truely getting sucked in, telling my husband and son they had to have a cleanse etc, until i saw sense.
If you think you have got them and they are affected your life in some way, then yes do something about it,maybe after trying waterfasting first but i don't think people should get paranoid about them. Tweet
