Yes Andrew, I think you are absolutely right.
As we all know it can take several fasts to completely clean the body and to accomplish the greatest amount of healing the body can perform.

I am glad that bella lucia has seen fit to undergo another fast later in the summer after her nutrient stores have been replenished.
