Fonty, I wouldn't worry about his response if I were you, remember Jaymz' ignorant comments a couple weeks ago regarding fasting animals from the veterinary book I was reading? Well, I noticed he went on to make a bunch more comments a few day later.

His ill-mannered behavior is quite frequent on this list.

He also commented to a woman who wanted to get liposuction in a characteristically boorish way as well, and then there have been multiple other times he has acted likewise to others. I guess every forum must have its ill-mannered thugs, and it appears Jaymz is fulfilling that capacity on this forum.

I have learned to just avoid people like him because they simply are not worth the time of day. Here are more of his ill-mannered and completely false descriiptions, ....notice the claims of starvation, starvation to death, pouring salt on a snail, and so on:

i think its a wonderful idea to fast your pet newt. im sure mr newt will be very thankful that you did this "for him" and not wonder why his daddy is starving him. if it seems that he is starting to dislike you, dont worry, its 1 of 2 things hes either starving to death, or becoming enlightened either way you wont know so dont worry about it. i hope things go great with his fast and offer my support to you both. ive heard of a brilliant vet that wrote a book on fasting animals you might want to seek its vast knowledge as im sure she knows more than i, about fasting animals :)

however, all this has made me reconsider my stance on it. i have decided that its a great idea after all not only to fast cats but all other pets as well. i will "fast" my pet snail, he seems a little, huh hmmmmm .... sluggish lately. :) i also read some where that they like salt dumped on them. sounds a little goofy... but what do i know :)
