i agree with you andrew, i think i need to do some more fasting. i guess i ran out of nutrient stores on my last fast because i was already on the thin side, and i'd done that seven day fast just a few weeks before undertaking the 20-day one. i'm going to do a short three-day fast next week, and then maybe try a ten or fifteen day fast later in the summer once my nutrient stores have been refilled?
i'm certainly looking forward to the fasts getting easier and easier, that's for sure :)
