See, the christ didn't change the law, as he said he hadn't come to do, but rather to fulfill it.
What he did change, was the procedure by which one could exact a remedy for breach(es) of the contract.
Under the old contract, the procedure was to burn animals,etc. Under the new contract, the christ acts as a surety agent, insurance. Sort of like what the case would be if local courts stated that estate matters will no longer be heard in the probate court, but rather in traffic court. The law isn't changed by that, only the procedure. That's what Jesus of Naz changed, the procedure of remedy, not the law.
